The reception staff was helpful. They assisted with directions and local tips. the breakfast selection each morning included pastries, fresh fruit, and turkish specialties. i found the daily room cleaning to be thorough and the space always felt refreshed upon my return. the location provided easy access to public transportation

the location was convenient. it was close to the aksaray tram line. this gave me access to many parts of the city. the room was clean. the room service was very good too. the room was organised and nice.
the morning street noise was loud. breakfast was very limited in its options. i found the pillows to be quite uncomfortable. the duvet cover around the inner blanket was not properly closed. this made sleeping less cozy.
